By subscribing to our services, you agree to the applicable subscription fees. Standard data charges from your mobile network operator may apply while accessing our digital platforms.
To use our services, you must be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid Kenyan mobile number, and have sufficient airtime to cover subscription costs.
You may unsubscribe from our services at any time via the provided USSD codes or SMS prompts. Please note that there are no refunds for partial subscription periods.
Due to the nature of our digital services (including Skiza tunes, Video Ring Back Tones, Airtime purchases, and digital Gaming subscriptions), all transactions are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a subscription is initiated or a digital product is purchased. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to any refund under any circumstances.
All content, including games, graphics, code, and text, is the exclusive property of Townlink Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Townlink Limited shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
